Service departmentis one of STOMED’s divisions responsible for timely installation, repair and maintenance of medical equipment (hereinafter ME).

Our specialists performing service activities have appropriate training, confirmed by certificates of leading world manufacturers.
Service department specialists carry out their duties in the head and representative offices.

Activities

  • ME diagnostics includes full examination of medical equipment, functional parameters analysis, trouble cause identification, and determination of required spare parts. The time of service engineer arrival to the client within regional representative offices is 24 hours from the equipment repair request and terms of cooperation agreement; out of regional representative offices is 48 hours from the equipment repair request and terms of cooperation agreement.
  • ME repair covers a range of works to ensure reliable equipment operation. All works are guaranteed for 6 (six) months from the date of the act of provided services signing.
  • Putting into service includes connection, installation, start-up, staff training of functional principles and instructions. The time of service engineer arrival to the client is 48 hours except as otherwise provided in the contract.
  • Maintenance support covers a range of works defined by the manufacturer to ensure reliable ME operation with consumables replacement. At your desire maintenance can be performed 2-4 times a year. At the end of work performed guaranteis provided the duration of which is determined by the maintenance interval. Within the contract term repair services are free of charge.
